Barre Class Description:
Fit Barre is fun, dynamic class that combines the precision of pilates, the flow of yoga and the fusion of dance into a fabulous 45 minute workout set to upbeat music. Fit Barre uses the barre, bands and lights weights to create lean, tone muscles by utilizing the pilates principles and proper movement mechanics. This class includes barre work, specific exercise for the abdominals, back, and upper body, flexibility exercises and cardio bursts. A fantastic full body workout!
All fitness levels welcome. No dance experience necessary. Class is performed barefoot or with socks. Please bring a mat.
Barre Class Schedule: Monday from 5:15pm – 6:00pm, Wednesday from 8:15am – 9:00am, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:15am – 10:05am, and Saturdays from 10:15am – 11:00am.
