Fit Barre is fun, dynamic class that combines the precision of pilates, the flow of yoga and the fusion of dance into a fabulous 45 minute workout set to upbeat music. Fit Barre uses the barre, bands and lights weights to create lean, tone muscles by utilizing the pilates principles and proper movement mechanics. This class includes barre work, specific exercise for the abdominals, back, and upper body, flexibility exercises and cardio bursts. A fantastic full body workout!
All fitness levels welcome. No dance experience necessary. Class is performed barefoot or with socks. Please bring a mat.
Barre Class Schedule: Tuesdays from 5:30pm – 6:30pm, Wednesdays from 8:15am – 9:00am, and the first and the third Saturday of the month from 8:15am – 9:00am and 9:15am – 10:15am.
