“The Best 50-Minute Calorie Burn in the County”
A Fit Cycle workout is an excellent way to burn calories, increase power and strength, energize your body and clear your mind. A circuit style class combining roughly 25 minutes on the bike and 25 minutes off the bike incorporating full body strength intervals. We switch between bikes and strength exercises in 7 to 20 minute intervals (depending on specific workout) for a full body cardio and strength workout you won’t forget.
Fit Cycle Class Description:
Fit Cycle is the ultimate non-impact cardio class that combines cycling intervals with muscle sculpting strength intervals off the bike. Class length is 50-minutes and all levels are welcome!
Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 7:10am – 8:00am and 12:10pm – 1:00pm. Wednesdays at 4:10pm – 5:00pm. Early morning classes and evening classes coming soon!
