A Fit Cycle workout is an excellent way to burn calories, increase power and strength, energize your body and clear your mind. We currently offer two different styles of indoor cycle classes. See below and then come in and enjoy the ride!
Fit Cycle/Intervals Class Description:
Fit Cycle/Intervals is the ultimate non-impact cardio class that combines cycling intervals with muscle sculpting strength intervals off the bike. Class length is 50-minutes and all levels are welcome!
Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 7:10am – 8:00am and 12:10pm – 1:00pm. Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:15am – 10:05am. Saturdays 8:10 – 9:00am. Sundays 9:15am – 10:15am.
Fit Cycle Class Description:
Fit Cycle is a 50 minute indoor cycling class. For beginners and advanced alike, Fit Cycle is low impact and high energy. Individuals determine their own intensity as the instructor leads them on a challenging, efficient and energizing ride. Set to motivating music, you’ll work hills, sprints, jumps and flat roads. You’ll rapidly burn calories as you gain stamina and increase your fitness level!
Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings 6:10am – 7:00am and evenings 5:30pm – 6:20pm.
