Large Group Training Class Description:
Large Group Circuit Training is a 45 minute functional fitness class that will help you succeed in sports and in life.
Each days exercise focus will be varied to ensure you receive a well rounded exercise program. The blend will include upper body strength, lower body strength, cardiovascular conditioning, full body strength, and core and balance strength. Some days will overlap and mesh together but each day will have a clear focus.
Be ready to encourage your fellow classmates and have a great time. Each 45 minute Circuit Class is coached by a highly qualified and experienced personal trainer. Our job is to make sure you feel comfortable and confident while you are doing each exercise. We are here to support you and be your resource so you can get the most out of each workout.
