Scheduled according to your availability you will learn the basic principles, foundational exercises, how to access key muscles and necessary modifications. Once you have completed your sessions, your instructor will help you choose the appropriate class for you.

Mat Pilates focuses on spinal stabilization and exercises to help improve posture and correct muscle imbalances. Strengthen your core and move your body with stability, control and precision. Progression and regression of exercises will be demonstrated making this class appropriate for new and continuing Pilates students.
Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:15am – 11:15am, Wednesday 5:15 – 6:15pm and the first and third Saturday of the month from 8:00am – 9:00am.
