Mat Pilates focuses on spinal stabilization and exercises to help improve posture and correct muscle imbalances. Strengthen your core and move your body with stability, control and precision. Progression and regression of exercises will be demonstrated making this class appropriate for new and continuing Pilates students.
Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:15am – 11:15am, Thursdays from 5:30pm – 6:30pm. Saturdays from 9:15am – 10:15am.
