Fit Flow Yoga Class Description:
Fit Flow Yoga combines yoga poses, core work, and deep stretching. It will take you from the dynamic movement of sun salutations to grounded strength building to flexibility and core work, and ending with deep stretching and relaxation. It is set to music that flows with the tempo of the class.
All fitness levels welcome. Class is performed barefoot or with socks. Please bring a mat.
