Movement quality is an essential component to reducing the risk of injury and reaching optimal levels of performance. We evaluate your movement patterns, establish a reliable baseline and provide actionable and effective steps for performance and recovery. Our goal is to develop safe and effective corrective strategies so you can master the basics and progress year after year without the common injuries and setbacks.

Train with the best trainers in a semi-private setting for a fraction of the cost of personal training. These are limited to no more than 6 people in a session–EVER! It allows you to train with our expert staff at a locked in rate regardless if there is just 1 person in the session or 6.
What if I’ve never lifted weights before?
Small Group Personal Training at Fit Culture is different from just lifting weights at the gym. We will provide you with a weekly routine, teach you how to complete each workout correctly and have one of our trainers present for coaching, instruction, and questions at all times. Each routine is designed to give you a full-body workout and progress you towards your goals (whether they are general health, weight-loss, or even sport performance). Our strength classes are limited to 4 to 6 people per time slot in order to make sure that each person is coached in correct technique and is using the proper amount of resistance.
