Class Description:
Large Group PiYo Live is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement.
We crank up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact workout. You’ll sweat, stretch, and strengthen—all in one PiYo workout!
Whether you’re already loving PiYo the home DVD program and want to vibe off the energy of a live class with new PiYo peeps, or you’re ready for some new routines and music, or would even love some help with some of the moves, PiYo LIVE gives you the power.
