We offer different services that suit all fitness levels and goals.


Personal training is our flagship service and this is where we shine. Choose personal training as a way to get started with an exercise routine, to help you achieve ambitious fitness goals, to rehab after an injury, to take you to the next level, or simply because you work hard and you want the best!


Fit Cycle is a 50 minute indoor cycling class. For beginners and advanced alike, Fit Cycle is low impact and high energy. Individuals determine their own intensity as the instructor leads them on a challenging, efficient and energizing ride. Set to motivating music, you’ll work hills, sprints, jumps and flat roads. You’ll rapidly burn calories as you gain stamina and increase your fitness level!


H.I.I.T. stands for high-intensity interval training, and is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.


Mat Pilates focuses on spinal stabilization and exercises to help improve posture and correct muscle imbalances. Strengthen your core and move your body with stability, control and precision. Progression and regression of exercises will be demonstrated making this class appropriate for new and continuing Pilates students.


Fit Barre is fun, dynamic class that combines the precision of pilates, the flow of yoga and the fusion of dance into a fabulous 45 minute workout set to upbeat music. Fit Barre uses the barre, bands and lights weights to create lean, tone muscles by utilizing the pilates principles and proper movement mechanics. This class includes barre work, specific exercise for the abdominals, back, and upper body, flexibility exercises and cardio bursts. A fantastic full body workout!


Fit Culture’s Senior Group Exercise Class is designed to support older adults in their pursuit of living healthy and happy lives. This 1 hour class will help you live fit and healthy at any age! Get involved, Get Results, and Have Fun!


Large Group PiYo Live is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement.

FIT Circuit

FIT Circuit is a 45 minute functional fitness class that will help you succeed in sports and in life.

Each days exercise focus will be varied to ensure you receive a well rounded exercise program. The blend will include upper body strength, lower body strength, cardiovascular conditioning, full body strength, and core and balance strength. Some days will overlap and mesh together but each day will have a clear focus.


Small Group Training will provide an intimate environment in a small group setting (1-6 people) where you can excel and take your training to the next level at a fraction of the cost of personal training. You will still benefit from world-class coaching, targeted programming to meet your personal needs, and ongoing accountability from your coaches and fellow group members.
