This 45 minute interval training class mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout each class you will have fun and improve your overall fitness and wellness!
PiYo in the Park: PiYo is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of Yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement.
Everyone is welcome so invite your family and friends and start your day feeling healthy, energized and happy.
Please bring water, an exercise mat or beach towel and make sure to arrive 5 minutes early so we can start class on time and all classes will meet on the lower field by the bandshell at Pioneer Park.
