HIIT is a challenging, comprehensive, effective and fun total body workout and we are so PUMPED to bring this new class to those looking to burn fat, sculpt lean muscle mass, strengthen the core and increase energy and endurance.
Fit HIIT Class Description:
H.I.I.T. stands for high-intensity interval training, and is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
The class will be scalable depending on fitness level and low impact but make sure to come to class well hydrated, nourished and ready to work!
Monday: 6:15am – 7:00am, 9:15am – 10:00am, 5:15pm – 6:00pm
Tuesday: 5:30pm – 6:15pm
Wednesday: 5:15am – 6:00am, 4:15pm – 5:00pm
Thursday: 4:30pm – 5:15pm
Friday: 7:15am – 8:00am
Saturday: We will rotate Fit HIIT on some Saturdays. Please View Mindbody
