Soozie Yearwood is a certified AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) Group Fitness Instructor, and has been teaching adult and children’s fitness classes since 2012.

Dear Fit Culture Friends, Originally from Southern California, I moved to the bay area in 1983. Before the birth of my son in 1992, I moved to the town of Mariposa, California where I opened my Jazzercise studio in 1994.

Katie Thomas

Katie has her degree in Exercise Science and Psychology with over 6 years of experience working as a personal trainer, sports enhancement coach, yoga and HITT instructor. Movement has always been the heartbeat of her life whether in the gym, dancing, in a yoga class, hiking. Katie deeply understands how impactful positive movement can be in a persons life and her passion lies in helping others also feel alive, confident, and strong! Capable of tackling all of life’s trials and adventures!

Jamie Thompson

I Graduated from Humboldt State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry. It is my love of the outdoors that drove my passion for trail running, backpacking, adventure races and ultimately pursuing a career in the fitness industry. I care about leading people in feeling stronger, healthier, reaching their goals and being ready for the next adventure!

Holly LaChappell

Holly loves people, fitness, running, road biking and adventure!She enjoys encouraging people as they strive to be healthier and fit. Holly has been an instructor for over 20 years.
